Infrastructure Foundation

Vision:

Before 2020, Angelina County will have the necessary infrastructure to support continued growth and to provide for an enhanced quality of life through a proactive maintenance and improvement program.

Chairperson:

Bob Brown is the Chairman of the Infrastructure Foundation.

Retired from TXU Electric Delivery with 27 years in the industry, Bob Brown has a history of working hard in for our community. He served as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce in 1998 and was the recipient of the Chamber’s Golden Anvil Awarded for 1992. Bob was a board member of United Way from 1984 to 1992 and the Salvation Army from 1983 to 1986. He is an active member of the First Christian Church teaching Sunday School, and he has served as a HOST (Helping One Student to Succeed) Mentor at Brandon Elementary. Bob enjoys manning the grill for the Lufkin Round Table that serves at local functions such as the Texas State Forest Festival.
